The TraxxThree™ system is the result of a collaboration with a leading thermoplastic expert and the 3M™ adhesives team. TraxxThree™ is our simplest system designed specifically for marketing teams and end-users to make their own campaign changes on truck surfaces up to 2m x 4m, or 8 square metres, including curved surfaces such as refuge trucks. With three separate Patented clips, the product has up to 74mm adjustment, making it perfect for DIY use.

In 2005, after 2 years of R&D using a commodity stock keder, we began to discover basic flaws for a truck side application. Most stock keder is used for 2-week billboard installs where high tension, temperature change, vibration and negative vortex wind loading are not influencing factors. On a truck side, they are! The tension profile of our prototype Traxx™ system put enormous stress on the banner substrate and keder, and after 6 months of operating in a harsh truck environment, we found the beginning of deformation and weld failures. For the launch of TraxxOne™ in 2006, we introduced TraxxKeder™ with a unique shape and a unique compound. Why? Because with careful R&D we discovered that with tension, an irregular shape deforms in a controlled way, gripping the unique contours of the keder retaining profile, adding security and structural stability to our systems.

A proprietary 450g/m2 1350D x 1350D semi-coated product with a virgin PVC print face for perfect HD prints, a TraxxRipStop™ warp and weft made using recycled plastic bottles, and a backside manufactured entirely from mixed recycled materials. It is a truly greener solution specifically developed for Traxx™ to eliminate waste, be printed to HD standards and be easily welded to our Patented TraxxKeder™ using high-speed automated processes. When it was MIRA tested on their destruction track and in their climatic chambers, it set new standards for banner safety and performance on truck sides. Be assured that every part of the production process is compliant with the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard. Landfill is just not an option for us.
